A leading technology company is seeking a recruiter to join their dynamic team. This virtual position focuses on supporting Commercial HVAC Sales and Service teams, along with Manufacturing roles. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, and advanced English skills. Formación

Where is the work

What you will do
  • Contribute to the growth of the organization by being a creative problem solver, helping to implement new processes and improving standard processes to deliver quality results.
  • Partner closely with HR and Compensation to manage the selection and offer process including offer formulation, recommendation, and approval process; extension of verbal offer; offer acceptance and new hire start process.
What you will bring
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or similar experience required in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 4 years' recruiting experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of English, Portuguese is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for Manufacturing / HVAC industry, preferred.
  • Creative approach to sourcing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
  • Ability to collaborate, influence and lead change with leaders and other key partners.
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous improvement.
