A fintech startup seeks an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of in-house experience and a passion for sourcing exceptional talent across tech and business teams. The role involves collaboration with hiring managers, improving hiring strategies, and utilizing data metrics.   • Working closely with hiring managers, and assisting them in their hiring needs
  • Actively sourcing, interviewing, and selecting exceptional talent
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment processes for our tech and business teams
  • Creating and using data metrics to make the best hiring decisions
  • Improving our processes, employer branding, and overall hiring strategy
What you bring to the table
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in-house
  • Experience recruiting for a wide range of business and tech positions
  • Strong knowledge of hiring tools, processes and latest hiring trends
  • You are an excellent communicator and proactively seeking for solutions
  • You are very organized and detail oriented
  • Startup lover and passionate about people
  • Experience with hiring for internship programs is a great plus
