A leading consumer goods company based in Mexico, Estado de México is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead the recruiting process. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in international industrial companies and proven success in full-cycle recruitment. This hybrid role involves strategic partnership with hiring managers, driving recruitment metrics, and leveraging networks to attract top talent. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Formación

  • 8+ years of experience leading full-cycle recruiting processes within international industrial companies and/or reputable executive search firms.
  • People management experience.
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment processes across U.S. and international locations.
  • Advanced / bilingual English.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the end-to-end recruiting process as the point of contact for hiring managers and candidates.
  • Act as a strategic partner by building strong relationships with hiring managers to identify talent solutions.
  • Meet or exceed all TA SLAs and Recruiter Scorecard metrics.
  • Ensure compliance and timely communication using ATS.
  • Partner with TA Leadership to design and execute recruiting strategies.
  • Leverage networking skills to build relationships with external organizations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in TA processes.
