A leading medical devices company located in Nuevo León is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue and market growth. The role involves implementing sales activities, supporting business strategy, and maintaining relationships with partners and customers. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and at least 3 years of experience in the medical or healthcare industry. This is a field-based position with no travel required.

Formación

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Prefer experience in the healthcare product or medical device industry.
  • Proven record in channel management.

Responsabilidades

  • Implement sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal.
  • Support Business director to formulate sales plan according to local strategy.
  • Maintain network of cooperative relationships with partners and customers.
  • Prepare sales performance analysis and forecasts.
  • Explore new business opportunities to expand customer pool.
  • Prepare reports on market trends and competitor information.
  • Compile customer feedback to drive high quality service.

Position summary:

This position is responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas and increasing Stryker's presence in the market through leveraging resources in the assigned territory.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Implement sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal.

  • Support Business director / Sales Manager to formulate the sales plan and activities in accordance with local strategy, and identify market-specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growth.

  • Maintain the network of cooperative relationships with business partners (dealers) and customers.

  • Prepare regular sales performance analysis, forecasts, and identify critical issues.

  • Explore new accounts/business opportunities to build Stryker's customer pool.

  • Prepare reports on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information on a monthly basis.

  • Compile customers' feedback to drive high quality service and to expand business portfolio.

Education & Experience
  • Degree holder in medicine or medical, or sales and marketing related area.

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in medical devices or healthcare industry.

  • Prefer experience in, or direct exposure to, the healthcare product or medical device industry.

  • Proven record in channel management.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
