In one sentence: You will prioritize test execution, hands on validation and certification of the software readiness.

What will your job look like?

• Accomplish test procedures and/ or scripts either manually or by automated tools.
• Supervise and report on the test execution in a timely manner with attention given to achieving outstanding quality.
• Capture and detail the outcome of test executions and all information needed to support ongoing measurements and reporting on risks, defects, tests, and coverage.
• Analyze reports and discrepancies to resolve root cause and evaluate script failures at a high level.
• Compare and analyze system behavior vs. encouraged results/important metrics based on business and technical requirements. Identifies issues, proposes system improvements and performs repetitive test execution to resolve identified issues.
• You will participate and contribute to internal design reviews of testing materials.

All you need is.

• B.A. /B.SC in IT/ Computer Science/ Industrial Engineering/ Systems Analysis.
• Proven experience/knowledge in Programming, testing tools and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on technical experience in testing of software projects.

Ensure and control the testing process by organizing Test activities. Provide visibility, task control, projection and test traceability of testing process in order to demonstrate the software quality.

Main duties:

• Planning, deploy and Drive test efforts, resources and people.
• Define and maintain test strategy (considering quality criteria, legal requirements and tailoring of test activities)
• Define Scope of testing for each test loop.
• Monitor and control progress of technical reviews and test activities.
• Define KPIs to track and take control actions inside and outside testing team.
• Evaluate and rate test results and test report status (e.g. traffic light, coverage).
• Report test status to the project and organization.
• Participate in work product release(s).
• Check compliance of engineering processes based on work products.
• Coach projects regarding quality aspects of engineering processes.
• Create and improve test methods and recommend test tools if required.
• Wide knowledge with various testing strategy.
• Build and lead the test team to implement continues improvement in testing activities.
• Create Master Test Plan, Test Progress Report, Create Test Summary Report.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years Technical experience in Embedded SW Testing.
• Experience leading people.
• Good English level: Writing, listening, speaking.
• Experience/knowledge in SW Development.
• Test Planning & Control.
• ISTQB Certified Foundations level.
• Project management for test activities.
• Knowledge of relevant standards for test: ASPICE, Functional safety.
• Knowled in CANoe, CANalyzer, Jira.
• Communication - e.g.: Moderation of meetings, deal with people, making coordination agreements.
• Flexibility and readiness to take on responsibility.
• Self-assertion and self-assurance in critical situation.
• Delegate & Empowerment.

Preferred:

• Radars technology knowledge.
• Financial topics (Budget, pricing, etc.).
• Knowledge in Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge in SCRUM, Agile.
