Manage supply chain activities to support P1/P10 new products and ensure the respect of Project milestones.
- Be a member of the project team for Customer RFQ, involved from NPA milestone.
- Define supply chain concepts, support quotations, and establish detailed supply chain solutions.
- Initiate, define, and lead logistics FMEA.
- Initiate S-VRF (Valeo Requirement File) for supply chain requirements and validate suppliers' logistic protocols.
- Coordinate the definition and qualification of finished goods and work-in-process packaging, including qualification of supplier packaging.
- Define transportation and warehousing concepts and provide them to T&W regional organizations for quotation and CAP50 assessment.
- Ensure logistics process equipment and internal flows follow the supply chain plant strategy.
- Coordinate the preparation and qualification of supply chain master data and information systems.
- Use the supply chain checklist in the STR template to manage daily activities and conduct weekly reviews of progress with supply chain management, escalating risks as needed.
- Coordinate project volumes with the SIOP/MPS team to ensure all volumes (customer forecasts, production, and project requirements) are included in the regular planning and forecast sent to suppliers (24-month horizon).
- Interface with material planning and production control teams to supply materials and deliver finished goods for new projects.
- Attend project meetings and lead assignments related to supply chain tasks.
- Support daily ramp-up SOP meetings.
- Support continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
Ensure the application of standards in ongoing projects
- Apply standards related to supply chain activities for new projects.
- Share and promote standards to internal and external project contributors.
- Initiate, update, and lead logistics FMEA for new projects, including action plan definition and reviews.
- Contribute to the application of safety standards and adherence to QS9000, V5000, TS16949, V1000, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, and CAP50 requirements.
Monitor the supply chain KPIs related to the project
- Minimize obsolescence due to new product introduction by ordering materials based on actual needs.
- Validate order quantities and supply processes.
- Manage obsolete inventories (raw, WIP, finished) with the project manager, both physically and in ERP.
- Maintain accurate inventory and highlight deviations or obsolescence risks.
