La función incluye colaborar con equipos, controlar procesos productivos y reportar a la gerencia. Se requiere experiencia en la cadena de suministro, licenciado en ingeniería industrial y habilidades avanzadas en Excel. • Experiencia relevante en planificación de cadena de suministro de al menos un año.
• Capacidad para realizar funciones complejas en Excel.
• Familiaridad con módulos de Oracle VCP.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar soporte en el nivel de usuario maestro de Oracle VCP.
• Colaborar con áreas responsables para asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos.
• Controlar incidentes en los procesos de producción.
• Desarrollar y actualizar procedimientos alineados al proceso de planificación.
• Seguimiento y creación de reportes mensuales y semanales para el gerente.

As a SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING ANALYST, you will guarantee advice, training, incident monitoring and information management for improvement and correct operation of the Oracle R12 VCO module. You will report to the Planning Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• You will provide support at the Oracle VCP Master User level to ensure the output of the MPS plan so that the daily planning and scheduling cycle can be implemented.
• Teamwork with the responsible areas to ensure compliance with procedures.
• You will control incidents in the stages of the production process and operational problems that affect the production plan.
• You will develop and update procedures that are aligned with the planning process by the Oracle VCP module.
• Follow-up and creation of monthly, weekly or event-required reports reporting to Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related science with relevant experience.
• Preferably familiar with Oracle or SAP and Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions).
• At least one year experience in supply chain.
