A leading automotive firm is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) for their project in Queretaro, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, strong coordination and communication skills, and familiarity with core automotive quality tools. This in-person position aims to enhance supplier quality through audits and assessments while fostering a collaborative cross-functional team environment. Expected start date is August 1, 2025, with a payment starting from $30 per month.

Formación

  • Minimum 3 years of QE experience in the automotive or related industry.
  • Knowledge of IATF and VDA 6.3 standards.
  • Ability to lead problem-solving teams using 8D / A3 methodologies.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the new supplier quality audits and project quality development.
  • Monitor supplier delivery PPM and implement follow-up actions.
  • Conduct supplier process and product audits.

We are TAJCO a Danish company and has stared a new business in automotive industry - exhaust trims.

We are looking for a new SQE for a new project in Queretaro, plant FINSA III in Industrial Park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the new supplier quality audit and new project quality development process.
  • Monitor supplier delivery PPM, follow up actions implementation when failed.
  • Conduct supplier process-audit and product-audit.
  • Organized regular meeting with supplier to align daily issues and corrective actions.
  • Supplier quality performance assessment by working out plan and executing it.
  • Other duties as assigned.
About You
  • QE experience in an automotive or related industry min. 3 years.
  • Familiar with automotive industry core 5 tools, understand IATF, VDA 6.3.
  • Familiar with GD&T, machining, assembly process knowledge, understanding surface treatment plating, painting is preferred.
  • Ability to lead 8D / A3 to solve product quality issues with coordinating cross-functional teams, Six-sigma green / black belt is preferred.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Drive for Results, Team Player, Customer Focus, Accountability.
  • Intercultural competencies, Communicating Effectively, Delivering High Quality Work.
  • English Language is mandatory - speaking, reading, understanding, min B1 level.
  • Major in mechanical related area is preferable.

Pay: From $30, per month
