A leading filtration technology company in Aguascalientes is seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to manage resources, ensure quality compliance, and implement Lean practices. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in manufacturing or automotive roles, proficiency with Oracle MRP systems, and strong problem-solving skills. This position promotes a collaborative work environment and requires availability for rotating shifts. A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is essential to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate human, material, and equipment resources to meet production plans and cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, including the control of non-conforming products.
• Guarantee adherence to applicable regulations and certifications (IATF 16949, ISO 14000), as well as follow up on the certification program based on the ILU matrix.
• Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Analyze and resolve operational issues using problem-solving methodologies.
• Supervise proper MRP execution and support production planning activities.
• Manage personnel incidents, shift administration, and performance indicator tracking.
• Develop strategies to reduce employee turnover and absenteeism.
• Foster a positive work environment based on teamwork, effective communication, and leadership.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and achievement of business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles within the manufacturing or automotive industry
• Experience with Oracle or other MRP systems, Lean manufacturing tools, Microsoft Office, and problem-solving methodologies; knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14000 standards
• Intermediate level of English
• Availability to work rotating shifts
