Una empresa multinacional de alimentos busca un profesional para brindar soporte administrativo en Tierras Blancas, Michoacán. La persona seleccionada será responsable de gestionar presupuestos, responder consultas y mantener relaciones efectivas. Se requiere licenciatura en administración, contabilidad o finanzas, así como habilidades excepcionales de atención al cliente y comunicación. Además, es preferible tener experiencia con SAP. Es una oportunidad para unirse a un equipo comprometido con la innovación y el equilibrio laboral.

Formación

  • Experiencia en roles administrativos y de soporte.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Actitud proactiva con habilidades interpersonales.

Responsabilidades

  • Proporcionar soporte administrativo y construir relaciones efectivas.
  • Gestionar presupuestos y procesos de compras.
  • Responder a consultas y solicitudes por teléfono y correo electrónico.
  • Mantener archivos y documentos en línea con normativas.
  • Realizar informes y mantenimiento de datos.

You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

How You Will Contribute

You will:

  • Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships with those you support
  • Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes
  • Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately
  • Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
  • Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
  • Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
  • Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required
