Your Role

Typical day might include collaborating to understand business problem, conducting training needs analysis, developing high‑quality content, designing standards, collaborating with stakeholders, reviewing deliverables, identifying risks, coaching designers, providing feedback, and implementing new learning strategies.

Qualifications
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in journalism, mass communication, English literature, advertising, public relations.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in content development and instructional design.
  • Extensive experience developing, reviewing, and delivering training modalities such as instructor‑led, web‑based trainings, simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides.
  • Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently.
  • Proficiency in instructional design, research, content analysis, content design, and knowledge of current learning trends.
  • Strong knowledge of industry‑standard design/rapid authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe.
  • Ability to work in a global, cross‑cultural environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills with strong business acumen.
