Una firma global de consultoría en Ciudad de México busca un profesional con amplia experiencia en la gestión de contenido y plataformas digitales como Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) y Workfront. El candidato ideal deberá tener más de 5 años de experiencia en reunir requisitos y un sólido conocimiento de integraciones con productos de Adobe. Formación

Responsibilities
  • Work on gathering business requirements and helping design processes and solutions for implementing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), DAM, and other content platforms.
  • Support content platform vendor assessments, use case development, and business case preparation.
  • Help translate business requirements into functional specifications and process flows for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other content platforms, supporting CMS/DAM implementation in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or functional consultant.
  • Provide assistance to client and Accenture teams to support AEM/content platform implementation and assist with change management and adoption.
  • Analyze and document existing business processes and systems, and use these insights to define requirements, develop use cases, and support requirement changes.
  • Work on gathering business requirements and translate them into Workfront configurations, workflows, and reports.
  • Assist in Workfront implementation, including setup of portfolios, programs, projects, templates, custom forms, and user access.
  • Support ongoing administration of Workfront, including user management, dashboards, reports, and integrations.

  • Collecting and sharing best practices on solution positioning and delivery for clients.
  • Support with content management process reviews, KPI and its definition, and solution/vendor assessments for technologies including Adobe.
  • In addition to client delivery, the candidate will also contribute to business development activities and share insights in the content management and digital marketing space.
Your experience counts!
  • 5+ years of experience and know-how of gathering and documenting requirements and creating and maintaining functional specifications.
  • 2+ years of learning on implementing web content management and/or eCommerce applications.
  • Working knowledge of AEM out-of-the-box components and features (e.g., DAM, workflows, personalization, sites), with exposure to customizations and integrations with Adobe suite of products (Analytics, Target) and commerce solutions (Hybris, Magento, AEP).
  • Assist with creating and maintaining functional specifications for new AEM templates, AEM components including authoring widgets, custom widgets, and workflow customization/creation.
  • Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility needs.
  • Able to work with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum practices, writing user stories.
  • Ability to identify marketing process improvement opportunities.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront (administration, configuration, and/or implementation).
