The ideal candidate will possess an engineering degree, 4-7 years of experience in engineering and asset performance, and a solid understanding of APM tools and risk management. Responsibilities include hands-on asset management and data analytics within diverse consulting environments, demanding strong problem-solving and communication skills. This full-time role requires collaboration and travel to client sites.

CN X.O Digital Manufacturing & Operations – Intelligent Asset Management with a team of leading practitioners specializing in Asset Integrity and Reliability Management, Master Data Management, EAM & Maintenance Execution, Material & MRO Management, Industry Analytics, and Digital Industrial Workforce. We serve industries such as Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Utilities, Chemical, and Manufacturing.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Hands‑on experience with APM tools (e.g., GE APM Meridium), Risk Management frameworks, Risk Based Inspections (RBI), Corrosion Management, Maintenance Turnaround, and Maintenance best practices.
• Experience managing asset, corrosion, and inspection data.
• On-field inspection or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Experience with EAM / ERP solutions like SAP PM, Maximo, INFOR, Meridium, NRX Asset Hub, Asset Answers.
• Problem‑solving skills in asset maintenance and reliability to drive operational growth.
• Team‑oriented, collaborative approach with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable in diverse consulting environments and willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree.
• Proficiency in English.
• 4-7 years in engineering, asset performance, and maintenance management, with strong technical and system knowledge.
• 0-2 years in a technical role; consulting experience is advantageous.
• Experience with risk‑based inspection deliverables.
• Experience leading large projects and managing teams of 6+.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView.
• Proficiency in MS Office; VB Scripts and Macros are preferred.
