This role is essential for building a scalable finance organization, managing cash flow, ensuring financial compliance, and driving strategic financial insights. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, be fluent in Spanish and English, and demonstrate proficiency in financial management software. Competitive compensation of $4,500 USD/month is offered for this full-time remote position.

Formación

• Strong command of cash flow forecasting, P&L management, and cost analysis.
• Experience managing a full accounting function including AR/AP and reporting.
• Proficient in financial management software and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full Finance & Accounting function from reconciliation to reporting.
• Build scalable reporting frameworks and support due diligence for investments.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Mexico accounting and tax regulations.
