A leading tech company is seeking a Recruiting Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The successful candidate will partner with Hiring Managers to develop hiring strategies for strategic and hard-to-fill roles. Required qualifications include fluency in English and Spanish, along with a Bachelor’s Degree and over 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. This is an onsite role, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

Formación

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience in managing strategic, niche, and hard-to-fill roles.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from kickoff to offer stage.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to plan hiring demand.
  • Present qualified candidate shortlists and own KPIs.
