Formación

• Experience with accounts payable and invoice processing.
• Knowledge of procurement or accounts payable processes.
• Capital project experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for processing invoices for payments.
• Interact with suppliers to manage payment instructions.
• Resolve discrepancies in purchase orders and goods receipt.

Conocimientos

Fluent in English

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or similar field
