Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
  • Build and execute marketing strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and innovation capabilities pipeline.
  • Partner with key FMCG clients to deliver market analysis and connect brands to fragrance concepts and storytelling.
  • Translate consumer insights into actionable ideas to support creative briefs.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with sales, perfumery, consumer insights, and global marketing teams.
  • Support the development of presentations, workshops, and storytelling tools for customer engagement.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging trends in scent categories.
  • Represent at customer meetings and internal forums.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or innovation, preferably within the fragrance or FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and mentoring talent.
  • Passionate about fragrances, consumer behavior, and the categories in the FMCG industry.
