PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
The IT Sr. Systems Administrator 2 is responsible for supporting, analyzing, developing, and implementing IT solutions. Coordinate with management to pursue accomplishment of objectives, and execute work plans to meet business requirements. Coordinates with business SME and IT leaders to gather and document system requirements to support existing applications and develop new software solutions and enhancements to existing software.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Support existing applications, coordinate with IT infrastructure, client services, and vendors resolution of application problems.
• Perform system configuration changes, new features modeling, testing, and deployment with existing systems that support operation.
• Develop new software and perform code changes of existing applications to support business operations using several programming platforms.
• Coordinates with software development vendors on code review, integration, and implementation.
• Support design, development, and implementation of IT solutions that help production in the reduction and elimination of miss operations, improve productivity, and satisfy our customers.
