Role Objective

The objective of this role is to drive up awareness within the company in order to help Directive's executive team make better decisions, faster.

This role will fully own key operational platforms such as Salesforce (used for customer relationship management) and Mavenlink (used for resourcing, project management, and time tracking.) They will be responsible for the data hygiene of these platforms and extracting insights from that data.

They will partner with top executive leaders in order to identify all the critical data points within operations, determine key leading indicators, and begin to funnel that data into reports.

We are not just looking for someone with technical skills, but someone that has strong business acumen.

The purpose of these reports is to drive real insight and influence actual decisions.

In order to do that, it requires that this person doesn't just understand how to manipulate the data but actually understands the context behind it.

For this role to truly be effective, it will need to understand all the key levers within the business and how they influence each other.

Responsibilities
  • Own Salesforce + Integrated Platforms for operations
  • Own Mavenlink, Asana, and any other relevant operational technologies
  • Create dashboards for departmental leaders
  • Document processes in Notion
  • Run training sessions with the team to educate them on new processes
  • Ensure clean data in all platforms under ownership
  • Build out reports laying out key insights for operations
  • Partner with department heads to determine the key information that needs to be tracked
What You Offer
  • Fluency in English
  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience
  • Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and understanding of Microsoft Access and Google Suite
  • Translate / transform data to deliver reporting, storytelling, and data visualizations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations
  • Experience in owning data visualization tools (i.e., Datorama, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio etc.)

Work Environment Requirements

As a remote-first company we primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack.

In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary.

Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, must be able to observe and interpret written and / or verbal
