A manufacturing company located in Tijuana is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage recruitment processes and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, and strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. This role requires a background in manufacturing and offers opportunities for continuous improvement in HR practices.
What you’ll do:
Primary Function: Provide HR expertise to the business unit under the direction of the Plant Human Resources Manager.
Provides support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special projects. Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings. Prepares reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs. The position drives continuous improvement in human resources while utilizing the framework of the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).
