We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and hands-on HR Coordinator to support the daily HR operations and ensure smooth and effective HR processes across the organization.

This position will act as a generalist, supporting key HR functions such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Training. The ideal candidate should have a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and a solid understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support to operations and line management across various processes including Recruitment, Training, Organizational Development, and Compliance.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Parker Policies and legal requirements.
  • Identify organizational challenges and support change management strategies.
  • Promote understanding and adoption of key HR programs and initiatives by Front Line Leaders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to supervisors and employees, offering guidance and proposing local improvements for effective delivery.
  • Assist in employee relations, investigations, and corrective actions in line with company policies and culture.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization in line with corporate HR initiatives.
  • Provide strategic advice to leaders on effective leadership and people management practices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Support succession planning, skills mapping, and workforce development strategies.
  • Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps, training needs, and development opportunities.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and two-way communication between leadership and workforce.
  • Assist in implementing engagement initiatives and organizational cultural programs aligned with Parker Culture.
  • Promote and foster a High-Performance Team (HPT) culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR or Talent Development role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Experience working directly with frontline supervisors and production teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
