What You’ll Do

DoubleVerify seeks a talented Senior Client Partner for our Mexico City operation who is skilled in nurturing and building client direct relationships, as well as media agency relationships. Client Partners are responsible for a specified group of existing TOP accounts in order to actively drive net new revenue growth with DoubleVerify’s suite of solutions. This should be accomplished first and foremost through a strong understanding of the client’s business. From there the Client Partner is expected to strategically and consultatively cross sell and upsell DoubleVerify’s solutions. We are looking for a strategic and commercial individual who has demonstrated competency and experience in working with Fortune 500 clients directly and navigating complex business and meeting situations. The role will require strong knowledge of digital environments (display, video, mobile) and online marketing techniques and technologies (platforms, DSPs, exchanges, etc.).

  • Identifying new areas within a client organization not currently covered by core measurement/programmatic solutions and engaging the client to perform upsells (e.g., in-house ecommerce, analytics or social content teams).
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders and other internal DV resources to convey the value of DV solutions already used by the customer, and to identify, pitch, and close upsell opportunities.
  • Cultivating meaningful relationships with senior client stakeholders to develop client-specific value propositions and position DoubleVerify as a strategic partner.
  • Reviewing customer product usage and identifying gaps in knowledge or products to best meet customer needs.
  • Identifying additional contacts across an organization to educate on DV and increase solution adoption as well as uncovering upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Programmatic and Social specialists to ensure partnerships and product adoption are onboarded effectively.
  • Leading responses to RFPs/RFIs issued by existing customers.
  • Evangelizing DoubleVerify’s value proposition and best practices to customers and industry peers via events, webinars, and other direct client communications channels.
  • Organizing, requesting, and presenting QBRs with insights from the account management team.
  • Defining the key retention growth strategy for your portfolio with guidance on relevant client and agency stakeholders and prioritization of opportunities.
  • Maintaining revenue pipeline and activity with timely management and Salesforce reporting as required.
  • Creating deep partnerships based on value with consultative upselling and cross-selling.
  • Handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with product teams to analyze and articulate information.
  • Attending industry events and following up with leads generated in a timely fashion.
Who You Are

  • Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Effective communication across the organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with rigorous attention to detail and a positive, proactive approach.
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
