Overview
The UAT Specialist, Go to Market, level will be responsible for supporting User Acceptance Testing, collaborating proactively with the digital delivery manager, product owners, business stakeholders, QA engineers, or application analysts to translate business and integration requirements into configurable component designs and solutions. The ideal candidate will reflect a mixture of strong technical proficiency, application maintenance ownership, product management acumen and the ability to work effectively with other business and technology personnel and internal customers to provide very responsive support to this global product.
Detailed Responsibilities & Duties
- Engage with local and global cross‑functional business and product teams to analyze enhancement requests and communicate with the product and development teams.
- Proficient in software development lifecycles mainly Agile Methodology.
- Responsible for functional testing application software across production support, enhancements, and projects.
- Understand the key integration points, work cross‑functionally across different business processes, and understand challenges faced by business teams.
- Proven ability to define customer requirements, excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Foster a cooperative environment that promotes knowledge sharing.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working both independently and in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to create and present key requirements artifacts including but not limited to Scope Document.
- Rollout planning, UAT guidelines, UAT test cases.

Required Qualifications
- Bilingual: Proficient English and Spanish speaking skills.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodology.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle.
- Self‑management: well organized, with strong multi–tasking and time‑management skills; maintains attention to detail and works independently in a fast‑paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and issues.
- Ability to triage across multiple teams (business, SIT, and development) to resolve issues.
- ISTQB Certified tester, Foundation level (CTFL) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent functional skills on digital products, user experience and business flows.
- Hands‑on software troubleshooting experience and ability to conduct research into software‑related issues and products.
- An understanding of digital distributor‑facing and consumer‑facing businesses, with strong grasp of IT and digital trends.
Experience
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience with software testing and quality assurance.
- Experience in coordinating and managing projects successfully.
- Proven track record of ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
- Experience in working with various stakeholders, including local markets, regional and global teams, and external vendors and agencies.
- Hands‑on experience in managing end‑to‑end test activities such as test planning, test design, test execution and test closure.
- Hands‑on experience in test deliverables development such as test plan, test cases/test scripts and test progress report.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology or foreign equivalent in related field or equivalent experience.
