A leading multinational company in Veracruz, Mexico is seeking an HR professional to support employees with HR inquiries, coordinate onboarding, and manage HR processes. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree, and advanced English skills. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Excel is essential, along with attention to detail. This role is critical for delivering effective HR services and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Formación

  • 1-3 years of HR Experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HR and Payroll processes.
  • Ability to discuss company policies with employees.

  • Provide primary support for Americas employees for HR questions.
  • Coordinate onboarding paperwork and benefits enrollment.
  • Participate in auditing of HR processes and provide regular reporting.

Overview: Responsibilities
  • Provide primary support for Americas employees, both salaried and hourlies, regarding general HR questions
  • Resolves or triages HR tickets in Service Now System
  • Coordinates onboarding paperwork, employee agreements and data entry process for new employees, including applicable benefits enrollment and responds to requests for employment verifications
  • Coordinates employee transfers, including country to country.
  • Coordinates employee exit process including processing resignations, terminating benefits and notification to government entities as appropriate
  • Processes employee data changes and reviews master data prior to payroll processing
  • Participates in auditing of HR processes and paperwork, provides regular reporting and supports HR Operations projects as assigned
  • Answer and assist employees and managers with all HR system issues
  • Ability to understand and discuss company policies with employees and managers.
  • Answer and assist employees and managers with all HR system issues and available HR Self Service Tools
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years' experience HR Experience preferred
  • Advanced English skills, both spoken and written - required
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Basic knowledge of HR and Payroll processes and a general understanding of both Mexican and US Labor Law, including Mexican Social Security and Leave of Absence process
  • Knowledge and experience with HR systems including ADP, Service Now, SuccessFactors and Time Attendance systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft office including Excel
  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of employees with diplomacy, verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a team environment that includes cross-team collaboration of job duties
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to stay focused on achieving results within the set deadlines.
