Talent Acquisition Specialist | BS Psychology Graduate
Key Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development: Develop both front-end interfaces and back-end services with seamless integration.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; participate in code reviews to ensure best practices.
- System Integration: Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services into existing systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges.
- Collaboration: Work with project managers, designers, and fellow developers to deliver projects on time.
- Testing & Documentation: Write and execute unit/integration tests and maintain technical documentation.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve code and systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Programming Expertise:
- C# / VB.NET: Strong experience with .NET Framework (ASP.NET, WinForms, WPF).
- PHP: Experience with frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
- Python: Familiarity with Flask/Django and scripting is an advantage.
- Databases: Knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL; NoSQL (MongoDB) a plus.
- Version Control: Proficient with Git in collaborative team environments.
- Problem-Solving: Strong debugging and optimization skills.
- DevOps / CI/CD: Familiar with pipelines, automated testing, and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS).
- Agile Experience: Comfortable working in sprints, stand-ups, and iterative development cycles.
