Software Development Engineer in Test II

The Impact:

As an SDET II, you will play a vital role in developing and testing solutions to test applications across Web, API, and Services platforms, while also establishing efficient data comparison methods. Your primary challenge will be to minimize the “time to market” for products without sacrificing quality, leveraging automation and innovative practices, including Generative AI techniques. You will work with a diverse set of technologies and collaborate with various internal teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Test Design/Execution: Design and execute detailed manual test cases for Salesforce RCA (Quoting, Contracts), RCB (Billing, Invoicing), and Agentforce AI interactions.
  • Automation Assistance: Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using the Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) platform.
  • Test Maintenance and Defect Management: Perform troubleshooting on failing CRT scripts and track defects using tools like ADO and Jira.
  • Data Validation and Agentforce Testing: Validate data integrity post-transaction and execute tests for Agentforce use cases.
Basic Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related field, preferably in a financial technology environment.
  • Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform (Admin concepts, data model). - Optional
  • Familiarity with test automation like Selenium concepts and a strong willingness to learn Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
  • Programming Skills in Java and Python
  • Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Bachelor\'s or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting & Finance, or equivalent is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
