A leading technology company in Mexico is seeking a pre-silicon power and performance engineer to validate next-generation CPU products. This role involves developing testing strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, at least 2 years of experience in related fields, and proficiency in Python. The position allows for a flexible hybrid work model, contributing to a dynamic engineering environment.

Formación

• Completed or in-progress BS, MS, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in computer architecture and CPU micro-architecture.
• Experience with Python and object-oriented programming in a test environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Must have unrestricted right to work in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Develop validation strategies and plans with cross-functional teams.
• Enable test content for power-performance validation and automation.
• Execute validation plans and debug root cause issues.
• Use simulation environments to generate test results.
• Report test results and assess product risks.
