• Minimum 5 years of sheet metal operation.
• Extensive experience in project management and CNC programming.
• Proven experience leading high impact DMAIC methodology projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering resources in process and equipment improvement.
• Provide problem-solving leadership and technical expertise.
• Create and update manufacturing procedures.
• Support shop floor troubleshooting.
• Evaluate and coordinate manufacturing process improvements.

Conocimientos

Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electronics engineering degree or equivalent

5 years of sheet metal operation

Project management experience

CNC programming experience

DMAIC methodology projects

Mechanic design software proficiency (SolidWorks, Pro-Engineer)

Lean manufacturing tools knowledge

Strong interpersonal skills
