A leading technology consulting firm is seeking a seasoned SAP ECC Technical Leader to own the design and delivery of SAP ECC solutions in a hybrid role based in Puebla. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience with SAP HANA, EWM, and ECC, bringing expertise in SAP BTP integrations. The role offers a competitive monthly salary of $100,000 MXN along with above-law benefits such as Christmas bonuses and vacation days.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years as a Technical Lead (not Project Manager).
• Experience in SAP HANA, SAP EWM and ECC projects.
• Knowledge of integrations via SAP BTP (Integration Suite, Datasphere, SAC Planning).
• Experience in the financial or banking sector (preferred).
• Ability to interpret AS‑IS vs. TO‑BE processes.
• Participation in gathering technical and business requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Define and document technical requirements in coordination with business areas.
• Assess technical risks and validate functional specifications.
• Design technical solutions aligned with established standards and processes.
• Coordinate unit testing and object deployment to production.
• Integrate technical solutions with development and operations teams.
• Present technical solutions to validation committees.
