Senior Procurement Advisor (Home Health Analyst)

Location : Mexico

This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor Outsourcing with identifying clinicians from AIS domestic homecare agency and staffing network and assisting in identifying new homecare agencies.

What You Will Be Doing

• Identify and establish relationships with homecare providers and secure necessary documents.
• Follow up with homecare providers for outstanding agency / clinician documents.
• Create and maintain internal files including clinician folders, CSM folders and CRM.
• Recording, filing, and tracking progress of order fulfillment.
• Receipt and input of new and updated Physician Order Forms (POFs).
• Participate in Preferred Provider teleconferences / meetings as needed.
• Adhere to specified timelines.
• Working with and keeping the study managers informed on a daily basis.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years experience in similar area
• Ability to enter information into databases
• Customer service background and ability to call clients on the phone
• English speaking – fluent written and spoken
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
