Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross‑functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
In this role, you will define and execute the regional partner marketing strategy to drive business performance, with the core function being the orchestration of relationships with external business partners to accelerate business growth. Success hinges on your ability to lead and align a team of agencies and Partner Marketers into a unified, cohesive motion, while simultaneously influencing and fostering tight, synergistic partnerships with critical internal stakeholders, including Partner Management, Global Partner Marketing, and local teams, to ensure complete alignment. Key tasks involve leveraging engagement and incentive programs to generate market demand and empowering partners in Go‑to‑Market Google Cloud Marketing (GCM) activities to facilitate a partner‑generated pipeline; this includes co‑owning marketing plans and goals for segments like Small Medium Business and Enterprise, actively managing partner marketing performance, and setting the strategic direction for brand, visuals, and messaging across all LATAM co‑marketing engagements.
