SUMMARY

The Senior Manager of Strategic Finance will serve as a key partner to company leadership, helping drive financial strategy, analysis, and insight to support growth and operational excellence. This role bridges strategic finance and business operations—taking ownership of modeling, planning, and performance management while influencing resource allocation and investment decisions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with business and finance leaders to drive strategic planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Lead development of advanced financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate growth opportunities, new initiatives, and capital allocation.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks to track performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Support evaluation of pricing, margin improvement, and investment prioritization.
  • Prepare materials and insights for board and investor presentations in collaboration with finance leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Product, Sales, and Data) to ensure financial plans align with strategic objectives.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and tools.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Directly supervises employees within the department(s).
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or strategic finance within a growth‑oriented company.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with a deep attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams and support strategic decision‑making.
  • Experience in healthcare, technology‑enabled services, or life sciences preferred but not required.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
