This mid-senior level role involves collaborating with project managers, managing multiple initiatives, and ensuring high-quality visual outputs. Candidates should have over 5 years of design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Apps. Formación

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to deliver visually appealing and effective designs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Review projects before final submission to ensure they meet technical requirements, including resolution, colour accuracy, file format, and overall consistency.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and inspire creativity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 5+ years in a senior or lead designer role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative abilities, technical skills, and versatility across different design projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Apps: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Figma.
  • English skills – minimum C1 (must have).
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Experience in both print and digital design.
  • Perfectly organized.
  • Ability to find solutions.
  • Attention to detail.
Nice to Have
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for design purposes).
  • Knowledge of UX/UI.
