About the role

We leverage technology best suited for each use case; the team typically uses ES6, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL to power web and mobile web applications. As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you’ll lead the delivery and ongoing support of projects from end-to-end. In addition, you will:

• Contribute to the design of new features.
• Review the code of peers.
• Advocate for standard methodologies.
• Facilitate engineering discussions.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in an inclusive, energetic and highly multi-functional team.

This role is categorized as a Remote position. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office and work from a location of their choice, identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is eligible for equity awards based on experience, performance, and location.

Who you are

• Bringing 5+ years of software development experience or relevant transferable skills.
• Highly skilled with modern development technologies: HTML, CSS, ES6, React, and TypeScript used to design, deliver, debug, and maintain front-end user interfaces.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Authorized to work in Mexico.
• Highly skilled with multiple modern development technologies used to design, deliver, debug, and maintain front-end user interfaces and back-end software systems.
• Recognized as a technical leader on your team with impact beyond your immediate team.
• Passionate about setting standard methodologies and raising the bar for systems design, testing, code quality, and maintainability for the engineering organization.
• We value candidates with non-traditional backgrounds and transferable skills or related experiences.
