A leading semiconductor company in Mexico, Nuevo León seeks a senior manager to lead its China Foundry program. Candidates must have over 15 years of experience within the semiconductor industry, strong leadership abilities, and expertise in managing complex partnerships. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required. This role involves coordinating tech transfer, resolving customer challenges, and ensuring successful project deliverables. Formación

• Minimum 15 years of experience in semiconductor industry or related technology sectors.
• Proven leadership experience managing complex partnerships and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor market dynamics in Greater China.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with customers and partner fab to resolve installation and yield challenges.
• Coordinate tech transfer, process readiness, and training at different phases of process installation.
• Manage and deliver customer expectations by working closely with partner and POR fabs.
