• Más de 1 año de experiencia en atención al cliente en Call Center.
• Actitud positiva y habilidades de comunicación.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y ser responsable.

Responsabilidades

• Atender a los clientes a través de llamadas con claridad y empatía.
• Resolver preguntas y solicitudes relacionadas con servicios financieros y de retail.
• Representar a los clientes con confianza y altos estándares de servicio.

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced conversational English (assessment required)
• At least 1 year of Call Center experience in Customer Service
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in progress, incomplete, or completed
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and sense of responsibility
