EY- Global Delivery Services (GDS) - People Consulting (PC) - SAP / Systems Implementation Learning Senior Consultant 1 / 2

The opportunity

We are looking for Instructional Design Senior Consultants with expertise in System Implementation / SAP projects to join the GDS PC team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in growth of the GDS PC team.

Your key responsibilities

• Utilize ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other recognized models to design and develop engaging SAP / SI course content and learning activities
• Determine instructional end goals and create supporting material / media for SAP / SI projects (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games etc)
• Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments
• Ensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
• Maintaining and updating the training materials and documentation according to the changes and updates in the SAP system and business requirements
• Effectively communicate and collaborate to build strong relationships with clients and other project team members
• Support development of collaterals, tools, techniques, and methodologies to develop the practice
• Contribute to thought leadership development for the SAP / SI learning domain

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's or associate degree with 4 - 7 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience and knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and functions, such as SAP FI, SAP HR, SAP MM, S4 / HANA etc.
• Knowledge of multiple ERP systems, such as Oracle, Workday etc. is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelines
• Effective writing skills (grasp and command over English)
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
• Ability to articulate design decisions, suggestions and provide creative direction
• Proficiency with one or more course authoring and learning tools : SAP EnableNow, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, WalkMe, Camtasia, Vyond, VideoScribe
• Practical knowledge and experience in instructional design principles
• Experience developing a wide range of digital learning deliverables : Web-based learning, Videos, Interactive PDFs, Webcasts, Podcasts, nano-learnings, VILT
• Ability to review learning deliverables developed by others
• Ability to develop learning estimations and proposals
• Excellent knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods and learning experience platforms

Ideally, you'll also have

• Experience with a data-driven approach to instructional design, using both qualitative and quantitative data to optimize content efficacy
• Proven project management experience to take digital learning from concept to delivery
• Knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
