The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering and over 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in Aerospace Composite, along with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. This role offers the opportunity to lead engineering projects and improving operational efficiencies.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in manufacturing/process engineering; preferred 10+ years in Aerospace Composite.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and production processes.
• Proven experience with product design, development and quality control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain control over standards for production operations.
• Work closely with operations to meet technical requirements.
