Senior Accountant

Job Type : Full-time, long-term

Schedule : PST-aligned business hours

Compensation : $1,500 - $2,000 Depending on Experience

We are a privately held investment and wealth management business operating across multiple entities. Our finance team values accuracy, ownership, and consistency, and plays a direct role in supporting leadership with reliable financial information.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who takes pride in maintaining accurate records, adhering to structured processes, and delivering dependable results. You’ll be trusted to manage core accounting operations independently, ensure timely and accurate month‑end closes, and maintain financial data that leaders can confidently use to make decisions. The role requires sound judgment, follow‑through, and comfort working with recurring monthly cycles in a fast‑moving but disciplined environment.

You will be responsible for day‑to‑day accounting execution as well as critical monthly deliverables, including reconciliations, reporting, payroll processing, and commission calculations tied to assets under management.
