Basic Job Information

Job Title: Scrum Master

Department: Busway LEAGUE

Reporting Line: LEAGUE Leader

Work Location: GuangZhou Busway Factory SBG

Department Introduction

The main responsibilities of the Busway LEAGUE include full lifecycle maintenance of product lines (covering end-to-end process management from product development, improvement to withdrawal from the market) and corresponding business and product support for cross-functional departments.

Core Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the overall planning, organization, implementation and control of the project, formulate detailed project plans and ensure their effective implementation.


• Coordinate internal and external resources (including cross-functional departments, clients, suppliers, etc.) to ensure the smooth progress of the project.


• Monitor project progress, cost and quality, identify potential risks in a timely manner, and formulate and implement risk response strategies.


• Organize project meetings, timely communicate project progress, problems and solutions to stakeholders.


• Manage project team, motivate team members, improve team work efficiency and ensure the completion of project objectives.


• Be responsible for project acceptance, summary and archives, and sum up project experience to provide reference for future projects.


• Summary and report the project situation in the Project Steering Committee (PSC) in project stage gates.

Qualification Requirements

(I) Basic Conditions

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in project management, engineering management, business administration or related fields is preferred.


• Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of project management experience in manufacturing industry, with successful experience in leading big projects.


• Proficiency in English (both oral and written) is preferred.

(II) Ability Requirements

• Professional Skills: Master project management knowledge system (such as PMBOK) and Agile Practice, familiar with project management tools (such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, etc.); hold PMP, PRINCE2 or other relevant project management certificates is preferred.


• Comprehensive Qualities: Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills; strong leadership and team management ability; good logical thinking and problem-solving ability; able to work under pressure and deal with complex situations.


• Familiar with [industry-related policies, standards or technologies] is preferred.
