What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services
• Identify areas of strength and improvement within the Scrum Team and apply coaching techniques to enhance performance
• Manage delivery risks by addressing team impediments as they arise
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
• Track and report team progress using Agile metrics and maintain open communication tools

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, TDD, CI)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven expertise as an Agile trainer or educator
• Proficient in Scrum techniques such as refinement, story splitting, estimation, and retrospectives
• Experience with JIRA, ideally in an administrative capacity
