Una consultora internacional de tecnología busca un analista funcional senior con experiencia en SAP Production Planning. El candidato ideal debe tener de 6 a 9 años de experiencia, habilidades analíticas sólidas, y ser capaz de liderar un equipo de consultores. Las responsabilidades incluyen crear especificaciones funcionales, manejar actividades de retiro y proporcionar soporte post-implementación. Ubicación: Aguascalientes, México.

Formación

• 6 a 9 años de experiencia en SAP Production Planning (PP) con experiencia práctica.
• Fuerte conocimiento en la configuración y la implementación de funciones de SAP PP/Manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar un pequeño equipo de 3 a 5 consultores.
• Crear y revisar las especificaciones del diseño funcional de PP.
• Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de prueba para los procesos de SAP PP.
• Gestionar actividades de transición y soporte post-producción de manera independiente.

Conocimientos

Experiencia en SAP Production Planning

Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas

Conocimiento de procesos MRP y otros parámetros de planificación

Experiencia en procesos integrados PP & MM

Overall: 6 to 9 years with SAP Production Planning (PP) demonstrated hands-on experience in design, configuration, and implementation.

This senior functional analyst will be responsible for helping clients implement SAP Production Planning/Manufacturing functionality in the ECC ecosystem.

Primary Skill Set - SAP Production Planning/Manufacturing

1. MTS (Make-to-Stock), MTO (Make-to-Order) Scenarios
2. Expertise in setting up PP master data, MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers/resources, planned order management, planning, and optimization
3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in SAP Forecasting, Demand Management, Production Planning (MRP), and Shop Floor Execution
4. Understanding MRP and other planning parameters (Safety stock, min/max replenishment, reorder point, etc.) is essential
5. In-depth knowledge of SAP MES (Manufacturing Execution System) interfaces and troubleshooting IDOC processing failures
6. Knowledge of Kanban process
7. Experience with integrated PP & MM processes such as goods movement, back flushing, automatic goods receipt, STO process, reservations, and production orders
8. Hands-on experience developing LSMW and managing data load activities
9. Experience with cut-over activities and post go-live support

Responsibilities

1. Lead a small team of 3 to 5 consultants across locations
2. Understand project lifecycle deliverables
3. Create and review PP Functional Design Specifications
4. Develop and execute test plans for SAP PP processes
5. Manage cut-over activities and hyper-care production support independently for PP and integrated modules
6. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively in business terms
7. Work well on cross-functional teams and foster team commitment
8. Support business users in creating training documents during integration testing
9. Provide end-to-end support for incident resolution, service requests, and enhancements
