What You’ll Build

The SAP Mexico Next Gen program is a global‑mindful, strategic, paid graduate program that provides recent university graduates with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than a graduate program – it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Mexico Next Gen – Delivery Operations
Location: CDMX or Monterrey, Mexico
Expected Start: January/February 2026*
Duration: 24 Months

Mission and Goal

Reduce the effects of internal complexity so that Services Sales and Delivery can focus on Customer Success.
Increase Services Sales Productivity and Delivery Operations Accuracy.

You will join a team of young, dynamic professionals supporting over 1,500 projects in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assists with time entry consolidations and billing reconciliations
  • Assists with the coordination of project documentation and project creation in SAP systems
  • Assists with maintaining necessary master and transactional data that supports local and global project reporting
  • Works with consultants and project managers to ensure accuracy of project reporting
  • Captures project metrics and ensures they are clearly communicated to appropriate SAP or Customer team members
  • Learns SAP tools and systems
  • Participates in initial training to quickly learn targeted SAP technologies and methodologies
  • Assists in the monitoring and controlling of project activities and deliverables using internal and external tracking tools
  • Assists in managing revenue forecasting
  • Assists in weekly and monthly status reporting
  • Assists in developing processes and templates and establishing document control procedures
What You’ll Bring
  • Recent graduate from an accredited university in Business Administration with emphasis on Project Management, Finance, Business & Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or a relevant degree
  • 0–1 year of relevant work experience in a corporate environment through internships or recent work experience
  • Prefer prior educational or work experience involving project coordination and collaborative work
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, listening)
  • Strong problem‑solving, multitasking, and fast‑pace adaptability
  • Self‑starter who is result‑oriented and takes initiative, including readiness to assume leadership responsibilities as needed
  • Excellent communication and the ability to follow instructions
