Job Summary

Salesperson for New Business Solutions (New Construction) in Mexico City. Manage your own local portfolio and work with architects and general contractors to close deals.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage customer relationships.
  • Manage new construction opportunities from current and new customers.
  • Close deals in a way that meets customer needs while maximizing KONE's order book profitability.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of operational and/or commercial construction background within the elevator or construction industry (e.g., Construction Supervisor or Project Manager).
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Technical background and interest in developing within the commercial area.
  • Familiarity with customizable/complex selling methodology to support the needs of customers such as architects or general contractors.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
