Responsibilities

• Own the implementation of standard configurations and custom development, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
• Lead deployment strategies during the project development as defined by our architectural layer (Source Code Management, and Deployment Standards)
• Apply troubleshooting strategies to identify and fix implementation issues
• Ability to work in an agile and collaborative environment and follow our Professional Services Methodology
• Working remotely, while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies
• Collaborate and act as a Team Lead for multiple projects, being a Technical reference to our entire implementation team

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of development experience on the Salesforce.com platform
• Experience on agile methodologies
• Algorithm-oriented and logical mentality
• Knowledge of Javascript / Front-end design (HTML and CSS)
• Experience in Programmatic (Apex, LWC, Javascript) and Declarative (Low code) salesforce development
• Experience in Salesforce deployment practices/strategies
• Experience delivering projects using Salesforce Communications Cloud technology
• Experienced in GitHub and branches manipulation
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Salesforce App Builder Certification
• Proficient Spanish speaker and Intermediate English speaker
