Responsibilities
- Own the implementation of standard configurations and custom development, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
- Lead deployment strategies during the project development as defined by our architectural layer (Source Code Management, and Deployment Standards)
- Apply troubleshooting strategies to identify and fix implementation issues
- Ability to work in an agile and collaborative environment and follow our Professional Services Methodology
- Working remotely, while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies
- Collaborate and act as a Team Lead for multiple projects, being a Technical reference to our entire implementation team
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of development experience on the Salesforce.com platform
- Experience on agile methodologies
- Algorithm-oriented and logical mentality
- Knowledge of Javascript / Front-end design (HTML and CSS)
- Experience in Programmatic (Apex, LWC, Javascript) and Declarative (Low code) salesforce development
- Experience in Salesforce deployment practices/strategies
- Experience delivering projects using Salesforce Communications Cloud technology
- Experienced in GitHub and branches manipulation
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce App Builder Certification
- Proficient Spanish speaker and Intermediate English speaker
