Responsibilities and assignments
To develop Salesforce applications and provide on-going application support by:
- Consulting with the end users through identifying, investigating and problem solving their process and data requirements as per agreed priorities.
- Generating user stories and test cases for business enhancements gathered by discovery.
- Ensure proper implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet the business requirements while driving standardization, exploiting out of the box functionality and reducing complexity.
- Collaborate with other Application & Infra teams to implement standard processes.
Requirements and qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years technical expertise with Salesforce CRM/Sales Cloud/Core Platform
- Experience in business and systems analysis, and application design
- Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, security access, data validation, duplicate management, process flows, data import/export using Data Loader or any equivalent tool.
- Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B is a plus.
- Strong understanding of web application architectures complemented with latest enterprise mobile architectures & development approaches.
- Good understanding of Enterprise integration, API maintenance and scalability.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required (including current maintenance). Agile Scrum/additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Data Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
- Experience with Cloud Architecture DevOps tools highly desirable (Flosum, Gearset, Copado)
- Demonstrated proficiency interpreting business logic into Salesforce’s declarative capabilities, including flows and validation rules.
- Experience in full project lifecycle and software development lifecycle
- Experience in application support with end users
- Provide first line escalation support of Help Desk tickets from end users.
