A global industrial leader in Veracruz is seeking a candidate for a data analyst position. The role requires strong analytical skills and fluency in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include preparing detailed sales reports and analyzing market trends to support commercial strategies. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and familiarity with tools such as SAP and Power BI, contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the sales team.

Formación

  • Bachelor degree required for the role.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and CRM is necessary.

Responsabilidades

  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports using SAP and Power BI.
  • Compile month-end business reports for rebate programs.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to the sales team.
  • Assist Business Development Manager with growth programs.
  • Participate in team meetings and improvement initiatives.

This position will be responsible for capturing, processing and executing data analysis of different market segments; It will ensure the correct calculation and monitoring of commercial programs and discounts with Aftermarket clients and will support the monitoring of marketing and business development strategies that impact sales.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Preparation of accurate and timely daily, monthly and / or hoc sales reports using the SAP, SAP BI, Power BI and CRM Tools.
  • Preparation of month end business performance reports for rebate program management.
  • Use sales dashboard information to provide sellers with focused data showing trends in their region together with variances vs BP and trends.
  • Undertake assigned tasks from Business Development Manager to support specific growth programs at selected channels and / or markets.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement projects.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish
  • Systems knowledge SAP, Power BI, SAP BI and CRM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word, Access, etc.)
