A manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Representative to expand its presence in the Mexican market. The ideal candidate will build relationships and develop new customers while supporting distributors. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, maintaining distributor relationships, and providing training. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of sales experience in manufacturing. Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. This is a contract position with travel throughout Mexico.

Formación

  • 2+ years of sales experience in manufacturing or industrial products.
  • Ability to calculate margins and analyze sales data.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Location: Candidate must be located in one of the following states: Chihuahua (Juarez or Chihuahua City), Sonora (Hermosillo or Nogales), or Baja (Tijuana or Ensenada).

About the Role

Heyco, a PennEngineering Company, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth and expand our presence in the Mexican market.

This position focuses on building relationships, developing new customers, and supporting distributors within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate is proactive, technically inclined, and eager to grow sales of Heyco's product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales growth efforts for Heyco products across Mexico.
  • Identify and develop new customers, markets, and product opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, OEMs, and contract manufacturers.
  • Provide training and support to distributors and end customers.
  • Partner with U.S. Sales and Engineering teams on new business and product initiatives.
  • Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
  • Prepare and submit activity reports, forecasts, and territory analyses.
  • Ensure adherence to company quality and safety procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial products.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to calculate margins, discounts, and analyze sales data.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Additional Details

Travel estimated at % of work time annually.

Must maintain professional appearance and demeanor.

Position requires local and air travel throughout Mexico and occasional U.S. travel.

This is a contract position.
