The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial or manufacturing sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications:
· 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the packaging, textiles, or industrial supply sectors
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize a high-volume workload
· Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
· Willingness to travel regionally as needed
Skills:
· Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes
· Experience working with distributors, OEMs, or industrial clients
· Bilingual (English/Spanish).
