A leading automotive manufacturer in Mexico City is seeking a Sales Planning Jr. to develop and manage sales planning processes. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in sales and data analysis, is fluent in English, and can navigate complex sales schemes. This role involves collaboration with various teams and requires availability for travel.

Formación

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales and Data analysis.
  • Previous experience in logistics roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Availability to travel.

Responsabilidades

  • Monitor sales trend and segments.
  • Support in invoicing and collect payment from dealers.
  • Work closely with finance teams to establish and manage sales target.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing sales processes to increase efficiency.
  • Update Dealer information for sales, invoicing and allocation.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Planning Jr. which role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales planning processes to drive sales growth and achieve organizational goals. Work closely with all the teams in the company and analyze market trends to optimize performance.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor sales trend and segments.
  • Support in invoincing and collect payment from delaers. Keep track of wholesale with logistics team.
  • Work closely with finance teams to establish and manage sales target.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness throgh system implemetation.
  • Update Dealer information for sales, invoicing and allocation.
Requirements
  • Degree in business administration or related field,
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales and Data analysis.
  • Complex sales schemes understanding.
  • Previous experience in logistics roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Communication skills.
  • Fluent English (required).
  • Experience in Carflow software (required).
  • Avilability to travel.
